Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-27
These Terms of Service govern your use of HypeDeck (the “Service”), operated by [operator / company name] (the “Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
Service – the HypeDeck online platform offering tools for streamers (chat bot, loyalty economy, OBS overlays and alerts, automations, public pages).
User – a person using the Service with an account.
Account – a User's individual profile in the Service.
Third-party platforms – streaming services (e.g. Twitch, Kick) the Service may integrate with.
2. Account and registration
Using the full Service requires an Account – via e-mail and password or sign-in through a Third-party platform.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your Account.
An Account belongs to a single User and must not be shared in a way that breaches these Terms.
3. Scope of the service
The Service provides stream-management tools: chat commands, a loyalty points system, overlays and alerts, automations and configurable public pages.
The Operator strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or change features.
Some features depend on the availability and rules of Third-party platforms, which are outside the Operator's control.
4. Third-party integrations
The Service may connect to your accounts on Third-party platforms (e.g. Twitch, Kick) to the extent you authorise.
When using integrations, you agree to comply with the terms of the relevant Third-party platforms.
You may revoke authorisation at any time within the Service or the Third-party platform.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, for spam or abuse, or to circumvent security or disrupt the Service.
Content you configure (commands, descriptions, pages) must not breach the law or good practice. You are responsible for it.
The Operator may suspend or remove an Account that breaches these Terms.
6. Plans and payments
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Plus, Premium) on a subscription basis. Payment processing will be enabled at a later date.
Plan details, prices and features are shown in the Service. Subscriptions can be cancelled as described at the time of purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, marks and graphics belong to the Operator or its licensors and are legally protected.
You retain rights to content you submit, granting the Operator a non-exclusive licence as needed to provide the Service.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from downtime, data loss or the behaviour of Third-party platforms.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
9. Termination
You may delete your Account at any time in the Service settings.
The Operator may terminate or suspend an Account for breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may change these Terms for valid reasons (e.g. changes in law or scope). Users will be informed of material changes.
Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and contact
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law and European Union regulations.
